Studio Design
For phase 1, each studio will designed to provide everything needed to create shorts, feature films and even series by using chroma key effects. Modern films and tv series such as 300, Alice In Wonderland, Sanctuary, Sin City, Sky Captain and Speed Racer have all been filmed almost entirely using blue-screen and green-screen techniques. Each studio will be hosted by a cooperating charitable or government organization and may offer other on premises filming options. Studios will be spread throughout each city to maximize accessibility and limit the burden on each host site.
For phase 2, portable studio kits will be available to borrow for up to 1 week at a time for filming on location.
For phase 3, warehouses will be established for storing and lending donated equipment. Primarily, these warehouses will focus on equipment such as rigs, booms, lights etc. that do not change significantly over time.
